Research Peptide Weekly Protocol Guide
⚠ No validated human dose. This compound is not FDA-approved and has no peer-reviewed human dose-finding trials. The figures below are research conventions extrapolated from preclinical (animal/in‐vitro) and community sources — not validated clinical dosing. Treat them as study references only. TB-500 is a synthetic version of Thymosin Beta-4, a naturally occurring peptide in virtually all human and animal cells. It is studied for tissue repair, cell migration, and inflammation modulation.
Protocol Overview
Compound TB-500 (Thymosin Beta-4 Fragment) Category Research Peptide Vial Size 10mg (10,000mcg) Reconstitution 2mL bacteriostatic water (5mg/mL) Route Subcutaneous injection Frequency 2x/week (loading) then 1x/week (maintenance)
Reconstitution Instructions
Using 2mL of bacteriostatic water results in a concentration of 5mg/mL. Always use sterile techniques.
Materials Needed
10mg TB-500 vial (lyophilized powder) 2mL bacteriostatic water (sterile, preserved with 0.9% benzyl alcohol) Sterile syringe and needle (18-22 gauge for drawing) Alcohol swabs Clean workspace
Step-by-Step Process
Preparation: Allow the TB-500 vial and bacteriostatic water to reach room temperature. Wipe the rubber stoppers of both vials with an alcohol swab. Draw the Water: Using a sterile syringe, draw up exactly 2mL of bacteriostatic water. Expel any air bubbles. Inject into Vial: Insert the needle through the rubber stopper at a slight angle, aiming toward the glass wall. Slowly inject the water down the side of the vial to avoid foaming. Mix Gently: Remove the needle. Gently swirl or roll the vial between your hands. Do not shake vigorously. Check for Clarity: The solution should be clear once fully reconstituted. Do not use if cloudy.
Weekly Dosing Reference · research convention, not a validated dose
TB-500 protocols typically have two phases: a loading phase (4–6 weeks) to build tissue levels, followed by a maintenance phase.
Phase Schedule Dose Per Injection Weekly Total Loading (Weeks 1–6) 2x/week (Mon & Thu) 2.5mg (50 units) 5mg Maintenance (Weeks 7+) 1x/week 2.5mg (50 units) 2.5mg
Loading phase: 5mg/week • Maintenance: 2.5mg/week • Vial Duration: 1 week loading or 2 weeks maintenance (10mg vial)
