Ok, Umbrella just hit a new low :/ Ordered on Feb 20, 2026. Got an email notice that the item had "shipped" on Feb 24, 2026. It's now March 4, 2026 -- and the tracking status is the same as it was on Feb 24: 'Label created, awaiting item." I reached out to Umbrella support on March 2 & yesterday, and there has been no response; shipping status is still the same. What just happened? :/
Update: yesterday afternoon (March 4) my shipping status was finally updated to "In Transit." Whew, that's a relief-- I already had the same products in a cart of two other vendors, ready to purchase. I like sticking to one company, especially if they've shown to be reliable in quality & service. Umbrella unfortunately, has slipped on their service part, but I think their products are still quality (pending PintheHacker's Bromontane results), and so I want to stick with them. But the issue is that they need to communicate if they are currently experiencing delays. If I see the shipping took two days to send out, and then it's stuck on the same status for days, then I don't know when to actually expect the shipment -- it could be tomorrow, it could be in a week, or it could be never. So Umbrella, just suggesting that if you're having issues with shipping at the moment, just post it on the site-- or send an email to all your customers, or just an email after the order is placed.
New Update: My shipment was delivered today. I had ordered 2 products, one being Phenibut, and the Phenibut is missing :/ Not sure what's going on with them, but there's something awry with their logistics over the last half year or so.
Futher Update: Just saw that Bromantane is now Out of Stock at Umbrella :/ I wish I had ordered in anticipation, seeing as how it was becoming scarce.
