NGPeptide customer service experience — "Google is free

I want to preface this by saying I understand my package being lost was a FedEx issue, not NGPeptide's fault. I wasn't looking to place blame — I just needed my peptides for my cycle and asked if they'd waive the $14 shipping so I could reorder without paying twice for the same product. That request went nowhere. When I asked how to file a Route Insurance claim — a service THEY bundle with every order — I was told to "simply Google it." No link, no guidance. When I pushed back, the response was: *"Shipping is out of our control. This is literally not our fault in anyway... Google is free & easy."* He also incorrectly told me heat doesn't damage peptides — only direct sunlight. My package was in FedEx trucks in 90°F heat for over a week. That's just not true. After sending a formal complaint, the owner's reply was: *"yeah you're tweakin."* I went to leave a Trustpilot review and their profile had been removed.
