My Experience with Peptides for Fitness and Recovery

Introduction As a 28-year-old, 6'4", 235-pound male who's always been active in sports like skateboarding, basketball, and martial arts, I've naturally accumulated some nagging pains. To address this, I turned to peptides, starting with BPC-157 and TB-500. My journey with these substances has been enlightening, and I want to share the insights from my experiences. Introduction

As a 28-year-old, 6'4", 235-pound male who's always been active in sports like skateboarding, basketball, and martial arts, I've naturally accumulated some nagging pains. To address this, I turned to peptides, starting with BPC-157 and TB-500. My journey with these substances has been enlightening, and I want to share the insights from my experiences.

Initial Experience: BPC-157 and TB-500

My first experiment into peptides involved a one-month cycle of BPC-157 and TB-500. The results were impressive - my chronic neck, shoulder, and knee pain significantly reduced, enhancing my training sessions and overall comfort.

Exploring Further: A Comprehensive Regimen

Encouraged by the initial success, I expanded my peptide regimen during my "bulking phase." This included:

BPC/TB-500: Continued for recovery.

CJC/IPA: Chosen for muscle building.

DSIP: Used to improve sleep quality.

Kisspeptin: To potentially boost testosterone levels (given my lab results showed a level of 428 within a 300-1000 range).

My Peptide Rankings and Experiences

BPC/TB-500: The star of my regimen. It eradicated most of my workout-related pains, allowing me to train harder and more effectively. The downside? Its cost.

DSIP: A game-changer for sleep quality. I woke up feeling refreshed and rested, with minimal side effects. However, its effectiveness may vary among individuals. Also, the shelf life might not live long enough for the entire vial, unless you have 2 people draw from the same vial.

CJC/IPA: Effective for muscle gain but increased my appetite significantly, which could be challenging for maintaining a balanced diet. Result: A 30lb gain in muscle mass with minimal fat.

Kisspeptin: Used as an experimental addition to boost testosterone. While subjective, I felt slight improvements in aggression and physical changes, though these are unverified by lab results.

Moving Forward: My Plan

After a brief break in February, my "cut cycle" will begin in March, including:

BPC/TB-500: Continued for pain-free training.

DSIP: Maintained for optimal sleep and recovery.

Tirzepatide: To be tried at 2.5mg weekly for 6 weeks, aiming to maintain muscle while leaning down.

AOD9604: Scheduled after Tirzepatide, dosed at 250mcg five days a week.

Conclusion

This three-month cycle, ending in May, is tailored for my summer fitness goals. I've documented my protocols using Google Docs, and I'm eager to share my journey's results and insights. Questions and discussions are welcome as I continue this experiment in enhancing fitness and recovery through peptides.

EDIT: Please click the blue "Link" to view my peptide protocol. In it, it goes into detail of each peptide I have taken, from the amount of bacteriostatic water to reconstitute each peptide, to the amount administered, to the time administered, to the price of each peptide. For the love of god, stop asking me questions that are listed in the link...
