I recently decided to try them out. For a couple reasons: I’ve been having some low test issues and I am considering dipping my toes into the steroids realm for bodybuilding.
My first impression was not good. I set up a consult and the person didn’t ever call, tried two more times and nothing. Finally reached out on instagram and that person got in touch with my “specialist” to start the process. That initial customer service kinda left a bad taste but I let it go because it was over the holidays.
I paid for the year cost, which was like $380 I believe and includes the blood test but no medications or supplements.
Again, took a week for them to send my lab req and I had to reach out to ask for it. Went to the lab the next day, took 3 weeks to get a response and meet with one of their physicians.
The physician I will say was really good. Super nice, talked to me about my hormonal issues and symptoms explained some reasons why I might be having the issues, went over my blood work, made her recommendations, and was overall professional and I felt confident in her assessment.
After that, you have to wait AGAIN to meet with your specialist to select the final treatment plan (meaning the peptides and what not, the dr and I discussed the hormone meds I wanted. She reached out to make that appointment 2 or 3 days after I met with the doctor and didn’t have availability until next week.
So that’s my experience so far. I am willing to update when I get my “treatment plan” and results as I go. But my first impression hasn’t been the best, because at this point it’s been 2 months of their onboarding process and 6 weeks since I dropped cash into. It seems like a long time to me.
I think the costs are probably on par with any HRT clinic, at least the couple I looked into in my area.
Edit: I mentioned the steroids thing because I’m pretty sure that’s a major part of what’s really being offered and why they cater to bodybuilders so much.
