It is the most studied supplement and has been a game changer for me in my 50’s both in the volume of strength training and recovery. In addition, it is widely available and relatively inexpensive. Speaking from personal experiences. I take creatine pretty consistently. I ran out one time and forgot to restock for 2 weeks. I had those leg days where DOMS was onset for 3 days after each leg session. Only thing I changed was not taking creatine. Also felt generally weaker and too sore to lift at times. Take your creatine it helps!!!

Peptides can be good. But if you’re just getting back into lifting make sure you’re prioritizing your sleep and nutrition first. Spend your energy getting those dialed first before. If you’re sore for 4-5 days+ then you’re doing too much. Lower the volume and slowly build up to more

Yeah I’m almost done with weight loss, leaning towards body recomp, so still in deficit although sleep is good. Need more protein and patience

BPC157 and TB500. You can run 300mcg twice daily and 2mg twice a week for TB500.

I’m researching both right now + KPV to heal injuries but just started.

From what I’ve read and learned , these two would probably be the best.

Thanks, I was pinning 1mg of BPC 5 days/week, so 300mcg seems low, will research more

300 mcg 2x daily so 600 mcg daily — just starting. After a month, I’ll probably go up to 500mcg 2x daily.

Not a peptide, but essential amino acids have helped a lot, especially with DOMS

So eating meat? 😂 Bcaa are a known scam. If you are eating protein you are getting enough.

EAA and BCAA aren’t the same thing

Nope, they're different to BCAAs. Perhaps if you're already getting huge amounts of protein they're useless, but I found they really helped after strenuous workouts.

how long did it take for you to notice a difference in healing?

3 weeks my knee pain was significantly reduced

I’m doing week two of klow, every basing off of ghk 2.5 mg each time. starting to notice a little bit of a difference maybe

KLOW cut down my recovery time by a third.

I love BPC/TB blended for convenience especially given that I’m taking small doses of 250/250mcg daily of each. For me, that’s perfect for workout recovery.

Glow70 works great for injuriesbut GH is king for recovery.

From my reading KPV alone is meh.

KLOW imo covers alot and cant really see/find any bad sides, or negatives in any stack.

Its almost safe to say over 40 years old. It should in your daily vitamin/med list.

Collagen

I’m using the blend CJC1295 / Ipamorelin and the blend BPC-157 / TB500. Works great for healing and stamina.

Wolverine stack or cjc with dac

chicken is the best peptide for what you are looking for, the rest is snake oil

Hgh, I’m at 8iu and it’s a challenge to feel even a bit sore the day after
