Dosing & Reconstitution Guide

Total-blend dosing for one combined vial, step by step

Read this before you draw a dose. The figures on this page assume a 20 mg total blend vial: 3 mL of water gives ~6,667 mcg/mL, so 1 unit ≈ 66.7 mcg → 250 mcg ≈ 4 units, 500 mcg ≈ 8 units. The linked supplier SKU is a 10 mg total blend (5 mg BPC-157 + 5 mg TB-500). In the same 3 mL it is only ~3,333 mcg/mL (1 unit ≈ 33.3 mcg), so the same milligram doses need roughly double the units: 250 mcg ≈ 8 units and 500 mcg ≈ 15 units. Always dose to your vial’s actual total strength, not the title.

Standard / Gradual Approach (3 mL = ~6,667 mcg/mL)

Reconstitute: Add 3.0 mL bacteriostatic water to one 20 mg blend vial → ~6,667 mcg/mL total blend (a 10 mg vial → ~3,333 mcg/mL).

Standard daily dose: 250 mcg total blend once daily for 4 weeks or longer.

Easy measuring: On a 20 mg vial, 250 mcg ≈ 4 units on a U-100 syringe; on the 10 mg supplier vial it is ≈ 8 units. Consider a 30u or 50u syringe for precision at small volumes.
