What is CJC-1295 No DAC + Ipamorelin?
CJC-1295 No DAC, in combination with ipamorelin, is a set of synthetic peptides designed as research tools for the analysis of hormonal axis regulation related to growth hormone secretion. CJC-1295 No DAC is a short-acting growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) analogue lacking an albumin-binding motif, while ipamorelin belongs to the group of selective ghrelin receptor (GHS-R) agonists. Both peptides were developed and characterized as part of studies on the physiological control of pulsatile peptide hormone secretion. Their good solubility in aqueous media and predictable physicochemical properties make them frequently used in experimental models.
In preclinical studies, the CJC-1295 No DAC + ipamorelin kit was used to analyze the mechanisms of activation of G protein-coupled membrane receptors and to assess reciprocal modulation of GHRH and ghrelin-dependent signaling pathways. Its use in studies of the regulation of gene expression, phosphorylation of signaling proteins and changes in the activity of the hypothalamic-pituitary axis in in vitro and in vivo models was described. Attention was also drawn to the possibility of studying the dynamics of cellular responses to peptide stimuli under controlled conditions.
Due to the precisely defined chemical structure of both components and the high reproducibility of the observed effects in experimental models, the combination of CJC-1295 No DAC and ipamorelin is used as a research tool in molecular biology, cell biology and experimental pharmacology. In the scientific literature, it is sometimes used as a reference system for the analysis of receptor-ligand interactions, characterization of signaling pathways, and validation of analytical methods used to study peptides that regulate endocrine functions. The preparation is intended for research work only.

What does the product package (CJC1295 No DAC (MOD-GRF (1-29)) contain? +Ipamorelin 10 mg (5mg+5mg)?
The ordered product will come packaged in a sturdy tube resistant to transport damage, and inside it you will find:
Sterile vial of CJC1295 powder (other name is MOD-GRF(1-29) 5mg + ipamorelin 5mg (peptide stabilizer - mannitol) Sterile vial of 3 ml bacteriostatic water (0.9% benzyl alcohol)
The product has an expiration date of a minimum of one year and a maximum of two years from the date of shipment - depending on the batch.
The safety data sheet (SDS) for this product can be downloaded here
How to prepare the solution for the laboratory test?
Remove the caps from both vials. Apply spirit to a cotton swab and disinfect the rubber bands in both vials. Using an insulin syringe, pour 3ml of bacteriostatic water into the powder vial (along the wall of the vessel) Roll the vial in your hands or spin the vial making a vortex until the solution dissolves. This activity can be done vigorously, it is important not to foam the solution with strong shaking. The solution prepared in this way gives us a concentration of 500 mcg (250+250) of the peptide mixture for every 0.15 ml of solution, which should be stored in the refrigerator from now on
Storage and transportation
In dry form, the peptide should be stored at room temperature away from direct sunlight. Even longer transportation by courier will not affect the stability and quality of the product.
In wet form (after preparing the solution), the peptide should be in the refrigerator all the time and used up within 30 days.
