Peptide Therapy FAQs | Perfect B | Doral & Miami

Basics & Logistics. What is peptide therapy and how does it work? Peptide therapy uses short chains of amino acids to signal your body to perform specific biological functions: stimulating growth hormone production, repairing tissue, reducing inflammation, or improving cellular energy. Unlike hormone replacement, peptides work by prompting your body to do what it already knows how to do. At Perfect B, every protocol is medically supervised, starts with a consultation, and is tracked with follow-up check-ins. What peptides does Perfect B offer? We currently offer CJC-1295/Ipamorelin, Tesamorelin, BPC-157, TB-500, the Wolverine Stack (BPC-157 + TB-500), GHK-Cu, MOTS-c, Epithalon, and Semax. Each targets a different biological pathway: growth hormone optimization, tissue repair, skin and hair regeneration, mitochondrial energy, longevity, and cognitive support.

Your provider recommends the right combination based on your goals, symptoms, and body composition data.

What is the difference between CJC-1295 and Ipamorelin, and why are they combined?

CJC-1295 is a GHRH analog that extends the natural growth hormone pulse for a longer window. Ipamorelin triggers a clean, selective GH release without raising cortisol or prolactin. Together they work on two different receptors simultaneously, producing a stronger and more sustained GH response than either alone. This is why Perfect B prescribes them as a single combined protocol.

What is the Wolverine Stack?

The Wolverine Stack combines BPC-157 and TB-500. BPC-157 targets localized healing in tendons, ligaments, and the gut lining. TB-500 works systemically to reduce inflammation and promote repair throughout the body. Together they are the most requested recovery protocol at Perfect B for athletes, patients with chronic musculoskeletal injuries, and anyone who has not responded to conventional treatments for pain or injury. Protocol: 3 months on, 2 months off.

Does a higher unit number on the syringe mean more peptide?

Not necessarily. Units measure volume, not concentration. A higher unit count can still represent the same amount of active peptide if the vial was reconstituted with more water. Your dosing is based on the exact reconstitution protocol provided by Perfect B. Never adjust units based on comparisons to another patient or product.
