Does this sound like you?

You're tired, you're not yourself, and you're starting to wonder if it's your testosterone.

Tired all the time, even after a full night's sleep

Sex drive isn't there the way it used to be

Putting on belly fat that won't come off

Workouts that used to work don't anymore

Short-tempered with your family & friends

Brain fog, forgetfulness, can't focus at work

Morning wood is gone and you can't remember when

Your doctor said you're 'aging fine' - but you don't feel normal

These symptoms can be caused by low testosterone, but also by stress, sleep apnea, thyroid problems, or depression. That's why bloodwork and a clinician are required.

How it works

From your first question to a real answer in about two weeks.

Most men feel off long before they get their testosterone tested. We offer clarity in a simple 5 step process.

01

Online * 10 minutes

Tell us what's been going on.

A free questionnaire about your symptoms, your health history, and what you want fixed. Be honest about how you feel because your answers shape everything your clinician does next.

02

Major US lab * Same week

Get your blood drawn at a lab near you.

We tell you exactly what to ask for. Total testosterone, free T, estradiol, SHBG, PSA, hematocrit, the full picture. This crucial step informs everything that comes after it.

03

Telehealth visit * 30 to 45 minutes

Sit down with a licensed clinician who's already read your labs.

They go through your results before you meet. On the call, they walk you through what your numbers mean and suggest to you what are the next steps.

04

Prescription * Discreetly Shipped to your door

If it's right for you, your medication ships discreetly.

Your clinician writes the prescription only if your labs and symptoms line up. Our licensed US pharmacies will discreetly send your product to your door with clear instructions for how to use them.

05

Every 3 months

Your clinician checks in as your body adjusts.

Repeat labs every quarter. They look at your testosterone, estradiol, hematocrit, and PSA, and dial in your protocol if it needs it. That's part of the deal, not an add-on.

What "normal" really means

"Your testosterone is normal" isn't the same as feeling normal.

The standard US reference range for total testosterone runs from about 264 to 916 ng/dL. That range was built around a variety of factors such as age, general health, and fitness level. So if a 30-year-old at 310 ng/dL is told he fits in the "normal range" and is still walking out of the office exhausted, flat, and unable to put on muscle, there might be something deeper to that.

This is the gap most American men fall into. Their primary care doctor doesn't have time to dig deeper, and a single total testosterone number doesn't tell the whole story. Prometheuz exists to close that gap.

Common questions?

What most men usually want to know before signing up.

You can't know from symptoms alone. Fatigue, low libido, brain fog, weight gain, and mood changes can all be caused by low testosterone - but they can also be caused by sleep problems, thyroid issues, stress, depression, or medications. The only way to know is a blood test that measures total testosterone, free testosterone, and a handful of related markers, read by a clinician who knows what they're looking at.

Find out what your testosterone is actually doing.

Private online assessment. Required lab work. A US-licensed clinician who reads every result before you do. Built for American men who want answers.
