Organopeptide therapy at the Alpstein Clinic

Organopeptides are diluted extracts from various tissues that we use to specifically promote cell renewal and regeneration. We have a wide range of different organopeptides available for individual use. With the help of autologous whole blood therapy with additional cryoactivation, we can further enhance the effect of the therapy. Organotherapy was scientifically substantiated by the discovery of the so-called HOMING effect. Prof. Blobel and his team were awarded the Nobel Prize for Medicine in 1999 for this discovery. They were able to prove that organ-typical signal peptides attached to the cell nucleus control the new synthesis of proteins typical for the organ via mRNA and ribosomes. Newly formed proteins are provided with signal sequences that ensure that the proteins are directed to the right place in the cell and can also penetrate membranes (see illustration). Organopeptides are natural active ingredients that are obtained from the tissues and organs of young animals such as calves, lambs or piglets. These animals come from organic farming, which ensures the quality and sustainability of their origin. Organopeptides cannot trigger a classic allergy because they are free of cell walls and fibers. They contain a mixture of natural substances that are typical for certain organs. These include enzymes, small protein building blocks (peptides), messenger substances, growth factors and other substances that can support the functions of the respective organ.
