Peptides for HYROX Prep What Actually Works

Not a lady, but can share some thoughts here First thing, proper diet and smart training will get you further, and keep you going, far better than any peptide. Be properly fueled, get your carbs, manage fatigue, etc etc As far as the peptides you listed: BPC + TB - Can be very useful for healing, but isn't a fix for all injuries/for everyone. I've heard of people speeding up post op recovery times by large margins, while I've dumped a shit ton of money on the stuff for a knee injury, to no avail. Do with that what you will The gh secretagogues/mimetics - waste of time and money. They can work, but for the price and benefit, considering how cheap/good Chinese generics have become, you're better off just running actual GH MOTS-C - Honestly a little ignorant on this one, but that's because it never seemed to be that spectacular to me. Maybe I'm wrong, but it just didn't seem worth the pin Reta - dual action GLP + increased BMR. I'm not super knowledgeable on GLP's, but from what I've gath

Context first

Study findings do not automatically establish clinical benefit, safety, dosing, or suitability for an individual.

Reta - dual action GLP + increased BMR. I'm not super knowledgeable on GLP's, but from what I've gathered the increases in BMR are basically insignificant. That factored with the increased costs, it probably makes more sense to look at Tirzepitide instead, but I could be wrong here

Worth mentioning is GHK-Cu. It's relatively cheap and effective at increasing collagen production. It's subtle and needs to be ran for a long time, but I've personally noticed some of it's benefits while running a mild dose over the last 3 months
