I doubt he has anything approaching full mobility. His injuries were severe.
His injuries included eight ribs broken in 14 places, right knee and ankle broken, left leg tibia broken, left ankle broken, right clavicle broken, right shoulder broken and more. (30 broken bones)
He's stated that he has received A LOT of physical therapy and other treatments, but with that set of injuries, especially coming all at once, he doubts he'll ever be back to base level.
He also shared an update showing that he is now walking again, with footage showing him walking on an 'anti-gravity' treadmill as part of his physical therapy.
In the year-and-a-half following the accident, Renner says he has since 'accepted' that his life will never be the same.
"I had to accept it for the rest of my life. There'll be nothing normal or as it was prior to the accident."
He can finally walk again, but he's still struggling with mobility.
