Wolverine Stack Dosing: 500mcg/Day Protocol (2026)

BPC-157 finds the injury, TB-500 handles systemic repair — but timing matters. Full protocol with reconstitution, cycling, and split dosing.

Where These Numbers Come From

The Wolverine Stack combines two well-established healing peptides at doses that align with their individual standalone protocols.

BPC-157 (Sikiric et al., 2018): Drives angiogenesis via VEGF, activates FAK-paxillin pathway in tendon fibroblasts (Chang et al., 2011), and upregulates GH receptor expression. The 250 mcg per-peptide dose is at the lower end of standalone BPC-157 protocols (250-500 mcg/day) — appropriate for a combination approach.

TB-500 (Malinda et al., 1999): LKKTET actin-binding domain promotes cell migration and anti-fibrotic tissue organization (Sosne et al., 2010). The 250 mcg per-peptide dose is below standalone TB-500 protocols (500 mcg/day) but provides complementary coverage alongside BPC-157.

Combination evidence (Lee & Padgett, 2021): A retrospective study compared BPC-157 alone to BPC-157 + Thymosin Beta-4 for knee pain. While limited (small sample, retrospective design), patients receiving the combination showed improved pain scores.

The synergy is straightforward: BPC-157 builds repair infrastructure (blood vessels, growth factors), TB-500 moves repair cells into position (migration, actin remodeling). One creates the environment; the other populates it.

Wolverine Stack is most commonly chosen for pure injury recovery, tendon/joint healing, or post-surgical repair. Glow is the common choice for repair combined with collagen and anti-aging goals. Klow is commonly chosen when chronic inflammation is also a priority.

BPC-157's GH receptor upregulation may synergize with increased GH output from Ipamorelin.

Side Effects & Safety

Injection site reactions — redness, minor swelling (resolves within hours)

Mild nausea — occasionally in the first few days at higher doses

Lightheadedness — uncommon, related to BPC-157's NO pathway activity

Fatigue — some report temporary tiredness in week 1 as repair ramps up

No human clinical trials for the BPC-157/TB-500 combination

Theoretical cancer concern — angiogenesis + cell migration peptides; no evidence of tumor promotion, but caution with active cancer

Purchase from COA-tested vendors — purity matters with research-grade compounds

mg to Units Conversion

On a standard 100-unit insulin syringe, each "unit" equals 0.01 mL (so 100 units = 1 mL). Because this is a pre-mixed blend, a single draw delivers all components together in fixed ratio. BPC-157 and TB-500 are present at the same concentration, so each draw delivers an equal dose of both.

At the standard reconstitution from the Quick Reference above (20 mg vial + 2 mL BAC water, 5,000 mcg/mL each), target doses convert as follows.

125 mcg BPC-157 + 125 mcg TB-500

0.025 mL

250 mcg BPC-157 + 250 mcg TB-500

These conversions reflect the dilutions documented in community reconstitution protocols. They report how the math is described, not a recommended dosing schedule.

Core Supplies for This Protocol

The three essentials for running any reconstituted injectable: cold storage, accurate syringes, and metabolic tracking.

Cooluli Classic 4L Mini Fridge

Compact thermoelectric mini-fridge with heat/cool toggle. The most-mentioned dedicated peptide-storage fridge in research community sources — fits ~20 vials and runs quietly.

BD Ultra-Fine 31G 0.3cc 5/16" Insulin Syringes (Box of 90)

0.3cc 31G syringes — each gradation marks 1 unit (vs 2 units on 1cc), making sub-50-unit peptide doses accurate. BD Ultra-Fine is the most widely-cited brand in peptide community sources.

CONTOUR NEXT GEN Glucose Meter All-In-One Kit

Ascensia's CONTOUR NEXT GEN — the most clinically-validated home glucose meter. Includes 20 test strips + lancing device. Tracks the blood-sugar response GLP-1 users care about, especially during dose escalation.
