BPC-157 Dosage Calculator, Protocol & Reconstitution

What is BPC-157? BPC-157 (Body Protection Compound 157) is a synthetic peptide of 15 amino acids derived from a protective protein found in gastric juice. It has pronounced regenerative and anti-inflammatory properties, widely used by athletes and people with musculoskeletal injuries. Effects Accelerates healing of tendons and ligaments Reduces joint inflammation Protects the gastrointestinal mucosa May have neuroprotective effects Injection Protocol Systemic injection: 250–500 mcg subcutaneously once daily, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach. Local injection: Inject as close to the injury site as possible. 200–300 mcg twice daily. Cycle: 4–8 weeks with a 2–4 week break. Vial Reconstitution Reconstituting a 5 mg vial with 2 ml bacteriostatic water gives 2500 mcg/ml: 250 mcg = 0.1 ml = 10 units (U-100) 500 mcg = 0.2 ml = 20 units (U-100) Storage Lyophilized powder: room temperature up to 3 months or refrigerator up to 2 years. After reconstitution: refrigerate, use within 7–1

Effects

Accelerates healing of tendons and ligaments Reduces joint inflammation Protects the gastrointestinal mucosa May have neuroprotective effects

Injection Protocol

Systemic injection: 250–500 mcg subcutaneously once daily, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach.

Local injection: Inject as close to the injury site as possible. 200–300 mcg twice daily.

Cycle: 4–8 weeks with a 2–4 week break.

Vial Reconstitution

Reconstituting a 5 mg vial with 2 ml bacteriostatic water gives 2500 mcg/ml:

250 mcg = 0.1 ml = 10 units (U-100) 500 mcg = 0.2 ml = 20 units (U-100)

Storage

Lyophilized powder: room temperature up to 3 months or refrigerator up to 2 years. After reconstitution: refrigerate, use within 7–10 days.

Important Warnings

Not an FDA-approved drug — for research purposes only. Tissue repair requires adequate caloric intake — undereating slows regeneration. Contraindicated in pregnant women and those with active cancer.
