GHRP-2 | DrsPeptides

Mechanism of Action GHRP-2 (Growth Hormone Releasing Peptide-2) is a synthetic hexapeptide that stimulates growth hormone release by activating the ghrelin/growth hormone secretagogue receptor (GHS-R1a). It is one of the most potent GHRP variants, producing strong GH release along with increases in cortisol, prolactin, and appetite stimulation through ghrelin receptor activation. Clinical Applications Growth hormone optimization Appetite stimulation Muscle growth Anti-aging Recovery enhancement Cachexia and wasting conditions Dosing Protocols Typical dose: 100-300mcg subcutaneous, 2-3 times daily. Administer on empty stomach. Often combined with a GHRH analog (CJC-1295) for synergistic GH release. Safety & Side Effects May increase cortisol and prolactin levels (more than ipamorelin). Strong appetite stimulation. Water retention possible. Monitor cortisol and prolactin with chronic use.
