Dosing & Reconstitution Guide

One practical dilution for the combined 45 mg blend, with once-daily dosing step by step

Standard / Gradual Approach (3 mL = ~15 mg/mL blend)

Reconstitute: Add 3.0 mL bacteriostatic water to the single 45 mg blend vial → ~15 mg/mL total (TB-500 25 mg → ~8.33 mg/mL, BPC-157 10 mg → ~3.33 mg/mL, KPV 10 mg → ~3.33 mg/mL).

Standard daily dose: 10 units (0.10 mL) once daily — 0.833 mg TB-500 + 0.333 mg BPC-157 + 0.333 mg KPV per dose.

Easy measuring: At this dilution, 10 units = 0.10 mL on a U-100 syringe. The 3.0 mL dilution keeps the daily draw on a clean, easy-to-read mark.

Storage: Lyophilized: store at −20 °C (−4 °F); after reconstitution, refrigerate at 2–8 °C (35.6–46.4 °F) and do not freeze the mixed solution.
