The ingredient that is responsible for the orbital fat loss and pigmentation is prostaglandin. Unfortunately, this is also the ingredient that is responsible for lash growth, and extending the growing cycle. It's not a guarantee that you will have those side effects, but it just depends on if you're willing to risk it. It does look like the orbital fat loss is reversible after about a year, but the pigmentation can be permanent. I used rapidlash, which has prostaglandin, but I didn't have any of those issues. However, I decided to stop using it because they can pop up out of nowhere. I currently use the ordinary lash serum and do like it, but you're never going to get the same results from serums without prostaglandin. Serums without that ingredient are going to be nourishing, hydrating, and strengthening, which can help lashes grow longer, but it's not magic
