TB-500 (10mg Vial) Dosage Chart - Peptide Dosages

TB-500 10mg protocol: once-daily SC dosing and syringe reconstitution. A research peptide studied for tissue repair, regeneration, and recovery.

Context first

Study findings do not automatically establish clinical benefit, safety, dosing, or suitability for an individual.

TB-500 (10mg Vial) Dosage Protocol

TB-500 is a synthetic peptide fragment that copies the active region (Ac-LKKTETQ) of Thymosin Beta-4, a naturally occurring protein involved in cell migration and tissue repair. It is referenced as a once-daily subcutaneous injection dosed in micrograms with gradual titration. There are no completed human efficacy trials of the TB-500 fragment; presented for research and educational purposes only.

Synthetic fragment of Thymosin Beta-4; preclinically linked to actin regulation, cell migration and angiogenesis. No completed human efficacy trials of the fragment.

Once-daily subcutaneous injection, titrated from ~500 mcg to ~1000 mcg/day (about ~5 mg per week).

3 mL bacteriostatic water per 10 mg vial gives ~3.33 mg/mL for accurate insulin-syringe dosing.

Freeze the lyophilized vial; refrigerate the reconstituted solution and do not freeze it.

Dosing & Reconstitution Guide

A single practical dilution with accurate once-daily dosing, step by step

Standard / Gradual Approach (3 mL = ~3.33 mg/mL)

Reconstitute: Add 3.0 mL bacteriostatic water to one 10 mg vial → final concentration ~3.33 mg/mL (3,333 mcg/mL).

Typical daily range: 500–1000 mcg once daily, raised gradually over an 8–12 week course.

Easy measuring: At ~3.33 mg/mL, 1 unit ≈ 33.3 mcg on a U-100 syringe. Using the large 3.0 mL dilution keeps every dose at 15 units or more for reliable measuring accuracy.

Storage: Lyophilized: store at −20 °C (−4 °F); after reconstitution, refrigerate at 2–8 °C (35.6–46.4 °F) and do not freeze the mixed solution.
