Thats awesome! How did you get it?does a doctor need to sign you off or Anything? I'm in NZ can't seem to get it here sadly.
Sounds like it helps alot but I think the results will come alittle later on.
Keep doing what your doing rest elevate ice exercises
I started 8 weeks after surgery have had a somewhat noticeable improvement in stiffness, swelling, and inflammation in the joint. It’s not a miracle, but every little bit helps.
Thanks for this. I have just done my third ACL and looking to get surgeon ASAP. I've got BPC157 and TB500 on the way, which I will be using pre and post surgery.
My first 2 x ACL recos took about 2 weeks for me to be walking, hoping to improve on that so I can get back to work.
Great to see someone documenting this. I used the same stack after my knee surgery and the recovery was noticeably faster. Started BPC and TB500 about 2 weeks post op after my surgeon cleared it. The key is consistency. Keep doing your physio exercises too, peptides help but they do not replace rehab. I get my BPC and TB500 from nextgenpeps. Good quality, they ship fast.
I’ll drop this here because there isn’t an update from OP. I’m currently 4 months post op on my patellar tendon graft ACL reconstruction. This is my second ACL reconstruction. My first I didn’t use any peptides, this one I started peptide therapy a week prior to surgery (3 weeks post tear). My experience was incredible and I couldn’t recommend it enough. I didn’t use any narcotics post surgery, I had my first physical therapy appointment on day 3 and I walked in on crutches and walked out without them. I was at full leg extension and 87 degrees range of motion at that appointment. By the end of week 2, I had full range of motion. I walked into my 8 day post op follow up without crutches and the doctor was astonished because my incision site (~6” incision) was fully healed. At 4 weeks I was doing light lifting again. At 4 months I’m lifting hard again, squatting and deadlifting, jump squats, lateral jumps. It feels fantastic. The only thing keeping me from really running is the bone graft harvest site at the top of my tibia starts to hurt after about 100 yards. Once again, I couldn’t recommend BPC-157 enough. I had zero side effects. I dosed 10 units subcutaneously to the wound site every day for 40 days followed by another 20 days subcutaneously in my abdomen.
any updates on how it's going? I am 7 months post PCL rupture and curious to see how you are getting on
Need to know about updates...just tore my ACL fully (found out today via MRI) and can’t wait to get back on the field as soon as I can. Unfortunately winter is approaching and no snowboarding for now though
Couldnt find any updates or if it was worth it in the long term side of things. How well did it end up working? if you had another ACL tear would you do it again and what would you change if you had to do it all over again and lastly how much was it an estimate is all good. Im going in for surgery in about a month for a full thickness tear and considering this as well as consulting the surgeon about this at the post op appointment. Any response would be great thanks mate
Where you purchase the BPC 157
Nice I’m in the same boat
Would love to hear how OP got on long term. Are you back doing whatever sports you played before? How is your injured leg Vs uninjured. Would be great to get an update. Hope you are well.
How do you feel now?
Fun fact! You don't even need to get out of bed to use the toilet! Multiple peer-reviewed studies have indicated that you can simply urinate!
I tore my acl a few weeks ago but not a full tear. Doing rehab in conjunction with BPC, which I'm beginning this week. Keep us updated on your recovery!
Hey mate, any update on this 1 year later? How's your experience been?
Also looking for an update on this! Starting peptides end of the month. 11 days post op for ACL tear. Curious how it’s going (or how it went) for others in this position who took peptides for recovery
Any updates?
