BPC-157 (5mg Vial) Dosage Protocol
BPC-157 is a synthetic pentadecapeptide derived from a protein in gastric juice, studied preclinically for tissue repair, recovery from soft-tissue injury, and protection of the gastrointestinal lining. It is referenced as a daily microgram-dose subcutaneous or intramuscular injection. Human efficacy is unproven; presented for research and educational purposes only.
Synthetic pentadecapeptide from a gastric protein; preclinically reported to drive angiogenesis and tissue repair. Human efficacy unproven.
Daily subcutaneous or intramuscular injection, ~200-300 mcg/day in standard use; advanced schedules dose 250 mcg 2x daily.
3 mL bacteriostatic water gives ~1,667 mcg/mL (standard); 2 mL gives ~2,500 mcg/mL (advanced).
Freeze the lyophilized vial; refrigerate the reconstituted solution and use within ~30 days.

Dosing & Reconstitution Guide
Two reconstitution strategies with accurate daily dosing, step by step
Standard / Gradual Approach (3 mL = ~1,667 mcg/mL)
Reconstitute: Add 3.0 mL bacteriostatic water to one 5 mg vial → final concentration: ~1,667 mcg/mL.
Typical daily range: 200–300 mcg once daily across a 4–8 week course.
Easy measuring: At ~1,667 mcg/mL, 200 mcg ≈ 12 units and 300 mcg ≈ 18 units on a U-100 insulin syringe.
Storage: Lyophilized: freeze at −20 °C (−4 °F); after reconstitution, refrigerate at 2–8 °C (35.6–46.4 °F) and use within ~30 days.
