Peptide therapy uses very specific chains of amino acids that affect cell signaling to combat certain ailments. There are over 7,000 known peptides in the human body that involve various bodily functions such as hormone production, tissue and muscle repair, weight loss, inflammation and more.
Since these amino acids play such a crucial role in the function of our bodies, this therapy can have a significant impact on our overall well being. Whether you are looking to improve gut function, heal injuries, improve mental clarity and focus, or you are dealing with depression and/or anxiety, peptide therapy might be an option for you.
Further, peptides have the profound capacity to affect trauma, whether it be chemical, physical, sexual, etc. When the emotions that underlie trauma resurface, there is a release based on what systems the peptides are being introduced to balance.
The peptides are organized into four categories based on the system(s) they affect: Immune, Neurological, Musculoskeletal and Endocrine. NAD+, BPC, and Thymosin Alpha 1 have the most profound emotion-shifting responses. Adding BDNF into each protocol helps to maintain and develop any needed foundation for emotional stability.
IMMUNE REHAB (THYMOSIN COMPLEX)
Thymosin Complex blends Thymosin Alpha 1, Thymalin, Tri-Peptide, and Cell Penetrating Peptide to modulate the thymus and immune system.
Restores several immune responses depressed by tumor growth and/or cytostatic drugs.
Treats autoimmune conditions, allergies, asthma and eczema and reduces the severity of rheumatic disease
Increases the anti-tumor effect of chemotherapy and reduces the general toxicity of the chemotherapy
Pre and post-surgical treatment for infection and disease.
Treats emotional exhaustion and loss of drive.
JOINT REHAB
Our joint rehab formulation contains active growth factors, including IGF-1, BPC-157, Thymosin Beta 4 and GHK-Copper. These essential growth factors stimulate the body’s regenerative abilities to heal acute and chronic injuries.
Joint Rehab increases the body’s own production of Hyaluronic Acid, an essential component of healthy joints. This significantly boosts the natural rate of healing and leads to reduced inflammation, soft tissue repair and a dramatic reduction in scar tissue.
Because we are injecting directly into a joint, safety and sterility are of the utmost importance.
Joint Rehab injections are validated with a sterility assurance level one thousand times better than standard medical grade devices and equipment.
BENEFITS:
Increased rate of healing
Rapid pain relief
Reduced inflammation
Remodeling of scar tissue
Tissue regeneration
Restored mobility
QUERCETIN
Increases levels of VEGF and TGF-B1. Direct antioxidant effect and may also acts by stimulating cellular defenses against oxidative stress. Shown to activate sirtuins (SIRT1) to induce autophagy and to act as a phytoestrogen, all mechanisms by which quercetin may provide its neuroprotection.
Alleviates hippocampal oxidative stress by lowering pro-inflammatory cytokine expression. Increases antioxidant enzyme activities and glutathione.
Quercetin also accelerates cutaneous wound healing, inhibits inflammatory reactions and accelerates diabetic wound repair.
Shows neuroprotective effects against neurotoxic chemicals, neuronal injury and neurodegenerative disease.
MOTS-c (The Signal)
MOTS-c is a small peptide encoded by mitochondrial DNA that acts like a stress signal from the mitochondria to the nucleus.
In plain terms, it tells your cells “energy is tight; become more efficient and resilient.”
Mechanistically, this activates AMP-activated protein kinase (AMPK) → Think of it as a thermostat for cellular energy → improves efficiency, burns fuel, and enhances metabolic resilience. It is the same pathway activated by exercise and fasting.
This leads to:
↑ glucose uptake into cells
↑ fat oxidation
↑ autophagy and mitochondrial biogenesis
↓ insulin resistance
It also moves into the nucleus and changes gene expression → turning on “survival / metabolic efficiency” genes with a net effect of:
more efficient fuel use
improved metabolic flexibility
SS-31 (The Mechanic)
SS-31 works very differently. It doesn’t signal; it physically interacts with mitochondria.
Under stress (aging, toxins, illness):
Cardiolipin (a structural fat molecule that holds the Electron Transport Chain (ETC) in place) gets oxidized (damaged)
The ETC becomes disorganized and electrons “leak” → leading to an increase of reactive oxygen species (ROS / Free radicals)
ATP production becomes inefficient
When SS-31 binds cardiolipin:
It stabilizes the inner mitochondrial membrane, helping maintain its proper shape and charge, keeping the ETC complexes aligned. This improves electron flow efficiency, reducing electron leak leading to reduced ROS and improved ATP production.
WHY DO WE COMBINE THE TWO?
Because they hit different layers of the same system:
MOTS-c → tells the body to adapt and improve metabolism
SS-31 → makes mitochondria physically capable of performing better
AMPK and mTOR are opposing pathways
Too much mTOR (our common modern state):
↓ autophagy
↑ aging signals
↑ insulin resistance
