steroids vs peptides : r/Biohackers

Steroids vs peptides is not really a valid discussion b/c peptides, other than recombinant human growth hormone, offer no pharmacological anabolic enhancement. And even hGH is a very weak anabolic PED. Interestingly enough, there are 5 anabolic steroids that are legal to prescribe in the United States, and there are many men's health/HRT clinics that do prescribe them to their clients(e.,g, I'm prescribed test cyp, nandrolone and anavar). Meanwhile the FDA recently pretty much put the kibosh on the prescription peptide business. Most of the popular peptides, e.g, cjc-1295, ipamorelin, bpc-157, GHK-CU are no longer legal to compound. Somatropin, however, is still legal to script.
