This stuff is amazing! I injured my Elbow on smith machine bench press years ago. There was a pop and then ever since then, my elbow will start acting up on any machine-based chest/shoulder exercise. Well recently I thought I’d be good switching from dumbbells/barbell work to a machine chest press and boom my elbow starts acting up. I only have to run this stuff at 1mg/day for a week sub q near injury and it heals up and I can get back to working out. Literally a miracle compound.
