Comments Section Please exercise caution: Many peptides are not currently well-researched or well regulated. Recent review studies on the toxicology of peptides emphasises that a lot more research has to be done to determine their safety. The FDA currently bans compounding pharmacies from producing some peptides (e.g. category 2 of interim 305A bulks list). I have started SS-31 and so far, have not gotten an identifiable response. I had high hopes for it, it's supposed to repair mitochondrial damage which can in turn help with energy, and some people seem to get positive results from it. I am going to continue with what I have on hand, but like I said, so far it's not been noticeable for me. I am curious about other peptides, but ouch this stuff is expensive. I really wish I'd pursued this when I was well enough to work regularly. Thanks for your reply, my take on this is that the science feels fairly solid, and at least for me the risk profile is well within my acceptable limits. Sorr

There are less expensive sources out there. One big advantage to SLUPP is that it you can take orally and it's fairly bio-available

This peptide (ss-31) isn’t for energy as much as it is to repair or protect organs that have high mitochondrial demands (kidneys, liver, heart, brain, etc.). with that being said, I’ve increased my kidney function after 2 cycles of ss-31. This increase took me from stage 1 CKD to normal kidney function.

I actually just started this 2 days ago. I've had cfs for 6 years now. I'm trying it to hopefully build some muscle mass. I have had significant muscle atrophy, next to no endurance or strength. Today is day 3, I feel some tightness in some muscles similar to how you might feel a day after a workout, but it's way too esrly to tell. Have you tried it?

Not yet, but it's very much on my radar. Thanks for the update.

Recently I started taking oral 250mcg on an empty stomach and then again during lunch. These are my own results and can’t say you will receive the same results. I feel more energized. Less hungry (didn’t read this was one of the effects). This has lead me to consume less food which might lead to more weight loss. Physical exercise has maintained the same. Downside I feel more distracted / focus on the wrong tasks. Feel very slightly light headed. Weight started 278 with approximately 25% body fat. Have lost 4lbs after 1 week.

I have continued to take it I am so far down to 265 as of a couple days ago (I don’t weigh myself daily) hunger has stayed low and weight loss slightly slows down every once in a while ( I might be eating more some days). I realized that the feeling of being distracted was more of a hyper focus that sometimes makes me focus on the wrong things. So I’m either super productive or super unproductive depending on the day. The lightheadedness has reduced. I did have some migraines in the beginning, but I don’t think they were related to the SLU. I typically get these seasonally but have decreased and correlated with the rain. Probably irrelevant, but someone might relate a bit.

Any improvements in PEM?

278 at 25% are you a body builder or 7'2" I have to know.

regards,

me

I think peptides are worth a shot. I have a few bookmarked but I’m afraid I don’t know what I’m doing with the whole dosage and injecting self.

Yes 100mg of slupp per day is the single best thing I've tested

Mg or mcg?

I’ve been improving adding some to my protocol

Are you taking the injectable?

Any reliable source for SLU-PP-332

I have oral slu-pp-3322 does it mix with electrolytes? What do I put it into ?

thanks for replying, this is what I hoped for when posting. You're testing it. Please keep reporting progress. Also, what else have you done to get this far?

Can you please DM me your source for SLU? Thank you so much

Been taking 500mcg every 12 hours. Oral, seeing no results. In fact this whole months I've made zero weight loss after losing 40 pounds on just reta. Am I doing something wrong?
