BPC-157 (Body Protection Compound-157) is a synthetic peptide consisting of 15 amino acids. It’s derived from a naturally occurring protective protein found in the stomach lining called Body Protection Compound (BPC).
The synthetic version (BPC-157) is designed to mimic and enhance the regenerative and protective effects of the natural compound.
