I did a 5 week cycle using one vial (1mg) of peptide science Follistatin 344. Divided it into 2 shots per week. Had a definate, but modest effect on building muscle. I was advised that I should continue cycle for 12 weeks. But at a cost of $155 per week I found it cost prohibitive. I think this is an expensive toy for the pros. Would be great to find a reasonably priced, legit Myostatin inhibitor. I also tried Fortetropin sold on Amazon as Myos canine muscle formula, best way to take this is add to your smoothie. I Found little benefit, but if you follow instructions, on dosage per body weight, you need to use a bag a week, they are $84!each for 3 months!

I did get some modest results from using Follistatin 344., but of course when you are investing in something like this you work out harder and watch your diet. Still there was a definate feeling of my muscles being fuller, particularly my arms which I struggle with. What I have read suggest 3 months of using which works out to about $1800. I've even heard of using for 6 months! I dont know if results are back loaded, meaning that they kick in towards the end. Had no side effects whatsoever, including blood work, which is a big plus. However, personally I could not justify the price. I would also caution to make sure you have a trusted vendor for something like this. I have used some "cheap" peptides that did nothing for me. Think of what a great scam this could be. You cant get a lab to test peptides for you or get a lab test yourself that shows your blood levels. You cant complain to any one so the only recourse is to make sure its a reliable vendor. Let me know if you have one
It has a local effect. If you inject it in your quads you get big quads.
I went sifting through bodybuilding threads, on this subject, years back. I found a couple of anecdotal stories of people using a myostatin inhibitor peptide. One in large doses for a decent amount of time. I can’t recall what peptide it was but it was a common and expensive one. One guys usually don’t spend the dough on a whim chance of it working. One guy claimed legit results and said it made him tired the entire time he was on it. Makes sense since building muscle requires energy. I don’t know. My hunch is it probably works if you run it high enough and get a legit source. As far as side effects, you probably won’t find any legit answers. It’s hard to find legit side effects on common peptides. Plus, sides, generally speaking, are different for everybody.
What side effects are there of using a myostatin inhibitor? Both broscience and actual science.
Reduced flexibility for one.
How so? If you could explain is all
I tried it for a week, but in the end I was too afraid of messing up my heart to continue. There seems to be very little research on humans on injecting follistatin, at least from what i have found. I would like to continue it, because I did feel like it had an affect in the short time I used it (I don't have any hard numbers to give you unfortunately), but I'd like to have more data on the safety before doing that.
Bro could you write my in pvt your source?I d like to try Follistatin before other things..thanks💪🏻👍🏻
The heart tissue isn’t the same type of tissue as muscle tissue, so technically the heart shouldn’t be affected. Same goes for all other tissues in the body like the other organs. The fear of it happening makes sense, but the mechanism of action doesn’t make sense.
Edit: just saw the other comment with the research paper. My bad.
That is a valid concern for sure. I tried to read a bit about it. Couldn't find much. I did find https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2852878/. A study done on a non-human primate, after mice studies showed promising results. They inject " AAV1-FS344 " I'm guessing the FS344 part is Follistatin 344. I could be wrong on that though. Anyway, in this 15 month study, it showed to increase muscle mass with no apparent impact on organs or hormone levels on the primates.
I’ve been taking it. I don’t think I get any side effects from it. Since corona I decided I didn’t want to go into the gym even after it reopened, so I don’t have good quantitative data from lifting to see how much of a difference it’s made. Instead I’ve been out hiking and doing outdoors things. I have noticed that generally I feel stronger and better able to do these things, and I can notice more muscle definition in some places. But all that’s combined with a better diet and more activity, so it’s not great data. Overall though I would say I feel like it works.
Results?
No more to speak of, I haven’t been taking it in awhile now. I got the Rona right after I first posted on that so I’m getting back into the swing of things and still doing stuff outdoors while the weather holds. Once it get cold and now that I have an immunity I’ll get back into lifting and see what it does for me, hopefully with some good tracking.
Bro can you pvt me with your source?I also want to try Folli cause I can’t use anything else than that..thank you very much💪🏻👍🏻
Peptide sciences. Pricey, but I trust them to be legit. Other places have a little cheaper, but I cannot speak to those and if they are legit or bunk.
Curious as well
