GLOW Blend Dosing Protocol — BPC-157, TB-500 & GHK-Cu Skin & Repair Guide

GLOW peptide blend (BPC-157 + TB-500 + GHK-Cu) dosing guide for tissue repair, angiogenesis, and collagen and connective-tissue remodeling.

Quickstart highlights

The GLOW blend combines BPC-157, TB-500, and GHK-Cu.

Three peptides: BPC-157 + TB-500 + GHK-Cu.

BPC-157: nitric oxide + VEGF angiogenesis for new capillary formation.

TB-500: actin-binding cell migration and wound closure.

GHK-Cu: collagen and elastin synthesis with matrix remodeling; a blue-green color is normal.

Evening injection can align with the overnight tissue-repair window.

Research-only: not FDA-approved; dosing is practitioner-reported, not from human trials.

Cycle progress

Reconstitution steps

Reconstitute GLOW blend in 5 mL bacteriostatic water for approximately 2 mg/mL of each component.

Swirl gently; GHK-Cu produces the characteristic blue-green color.

Label with date; refrigerate at 2–8 °C. Use within 28 days.

The blue-green color from GHK-Cu copper chelation is normal and indicates active peptide.

Supplies needed

12-week plan

3 vials

84 syringes

15 mL bac water

84 alcohol swabs

Protocol overview & cycle notes

Support tissue repair and skin and connective-tissue rejuvenation through the GLOW blend's angiogenic (BPC-157), cell-migration (TB-500), and collagen and matrix-remodeling (GHK-Cu) mechanisms, administered via daily subcutaneous injection.

Cycle length: 12 weeks on.

Off-cycle: 8 weeks off; assess skin and hair quality changes photographically before resuming.

Storage & handling

Injection & tracking tips

Inject subcutaneously; evening dosing can align with the overnight tissue-repair window.

Reconstitute with bacteriostatic water and refrigerate; the blue-green tint from GHK-Cu is expected and indicates active copper chelation.

GLOW blend composition and ratios vary by supplier — confirm the three active peptides and concentrations before dosing.

Tracking

Logging helps you and your provider spot patterns and adjust dose or timing.

Standardized photographs at baseline, 4 weeks, and 12 weeks (same lighting, angle, camera).

Skin hydration measurement at baseline and 12 weeks if skin is the target.

Note injection-site tolerance and recovery or function changes weekly.
