Hexarelin Dosage Calculator: Reconstitution and Units

Hexarelin dosage and reconstitution calculator: convert mcg/mg to mL and U-100 syringe units (education only).

Context first

Study findings do not automatically establish clinical benefit, safety, dosing, or suitability for an individual.

Hexarelin Dosage Calculator: Reconstitution and Units

To calculate a Hexarelin dose, divide vial mg by BAC water mL for concentration (mg/mL), then divide your target dose by concentration for draw volume (mL). Multiply mL by 100 for U-100 units. Hexarelin doses are typically 100–200 mcg per administration.

How to Calculate Hexarelin Dosage

Three steps convert any vial and BAC water combination into the exact volume to draw on a U-100 insulin syringe.

Step 1 — Calculate concentration (mg/mL)

Step 2 — Calculate draw volume (mL)

Step 3 — Convert to U-100 syringe units

Dosage Formula

Concentration formula

Draw volume formula

U-100 syringe units

These three formulas apply to any Hexarelin vial, regardless of size. U-100 is the standard insulin-syringe scale: 100 units = 1 mL.

Hexarelin Calculator Tool

Enter your vial strength, BAC water volume, and target dose below. The calculator outputs concentration (mg/mL), draw volume (mL), and U-100 units. Educational and research use only.

Example Hexarelin Calculations

Step-by-step worked examples using common vial sizes. Results are for illustrating the math only.

2 mg vial + 2 mL BAC + 100 mcg (0.1 mg) dose

Vial: 2 mg | BAC water: 2 mL | Target dose: 0.1 mg

Concentration: 2 ÷ 2 = 1 mg/mL

Draw volume: 0.1 ÷ 1 = 0.1 mL

U-100 units: 0.1 × 100 = 10 units

5 mg vial + 2 mL BAC + 200 mcg (0.2 mg) dose

Vial: 5 mg | BAC water: 2 mL | Target dose: 0.2 mg

Concentration: 5 ÷ 2 = 2.5 mg/mL

Draw volume: 0.2 ÷ 2.5 = 0.08 mL

U-100 units: 0.08 × 100 = 8 units

Hexarelin Reconstitution Guide

Hexarelin is supplied as a lyophilized powder in 2 mg or 5 mg vials.

Add BAC water slowly along the vial wall. Swirl gently — do not shake.

Common setup: 2 mg vial + 2 mL BAC = 1 mg/mL. Each 0.1 mg (100 mcg) dose = 0.1 mL = 10 units.

Refrigerate at 2–8 °C once reconstituted. Use within 3–4 weeks.

Frequently Asked Questions

Hexarelin (also called examorelin) is a synthetic hexapeptide GH secretagogue that stimulates growth hormone release by acting on the ghrelin/GHS receptor. It is a research compound.

Hexarelin is considered one of the most potent synthetic GH secretagogues in research. Unlike GHRP-6, it may show desensitization with prolonged use in research models.

U-100 is the standard scale for insulin syringes. 100 units = 1.0 mL. That means 10 units = 0.1 mL, 50 units = 0.5 mL. Multiply any draw volume in mL by 100 to get the U-100 units reading.

Yes. Changing BAC water volume changes the concentration (mg/mL), which changes the draw volume for the same mg dose. Always recalculate using: concentration = vial mg ÷ BAC water mL, then draw volume = dose mg ÷ concentration.

Divide mcg by 1000 to get mg. For example: 250 mcg = 0.25 mg, 500 mcg = 0.5 mg, 1000 mcg = 1 mg. Enter the mg value in the calculator.
