Sermorelin Dosage Calculator: Reconstitution and Units
To calculate Sermorelin dosage, divide your target dose (mg) by the vial concentration. For a 3 mg vial with 3 mL BAC water: concentration is 1 mg/mL. A 100 mcg (0.1 mg) dose equals 0.1 mL (10 U-100 units). A 300 mcg (0.3 mg) dose equals 0.3 mL (30 U-100 units).

How to Calculate Sermorelin Dosage
Three steps convert any vial and BAC water combination into the exact volume to draw on a U-100 insulin syringe.
Step 1 — Calculate concentration (mg/mL)
Step 2 — Calculate draw volume (mL)
Step 3 — Convert to U-100 syringe units
Dosage Formula
Concentration formula
Draw volume formula
U-100 syringe units
These three formulas apply to any Sermorelin vial, regardless of size. U-100 is the standard insulin-syringe scale: 100 units = 1 mL.

Example Sermorelin Calculations
Step-by-step worked examples using common vial sizes. Results are for illustrating the math only.
100 mcg (0.1 mg) dose from 3 mg / 3 mL vial
Vial: 3 mg | BAC water: 3 mL | Target dose: 0.1 mg
Concentration: 3 ÷ 3 = 1 mg/mL
Draw volume: 0.1 ÷ 1 = 0.1 mL
U-100 units: 0.1 × 100 = 10 units
300 mcg (0.3 mg) dose from 3 mg / 3 mL vial
Vial: 3 mg | BAC water: 3 mL | Target dose: 0.3 mg
Draw volume: 0.3 ÷ 1 = 0.3 mL
U-100 units: 0.3 × 100 = 30 units
Sermorelin Reconstitution Guide
Sermorelin is a GHRH (growth hormone-releasing hormone) analog typically supplied as a lyophilised powder in 3 mg or 5 mg vials. Doses are often measured in mcg — use the mcg-to-mg conversion (÷ 1000) before entering into the calculator.
Swab both vial stoppers with alcohol swabs and allow to dry.
Draw 3 mL BAC water for a 3 mg vial to achieve 1 mg/mL (1000 mcg/mL).
Inject BAC water slowly along the glass wall of the peptide vial.
Gently swirl until the powder dissolves. Do not shake.
Store at 2–8 °C and use within 4–6 weeks.
Frequently Asked Questions
First divide the mcg dose by 1000 to get mg. Then use: draw volume (mL) = dose (mg) ÷ concentration (mg/mL). For 300 mcg = 0.3 mg at 1 mg/mL: draw 0.3 mL = 30 U-100 units.
A 3 mg vial + 3 mL BAC water = 1 mg/mL (1000 mcg/mL). At this concentration every 0.1 mL = 100 mcg, making fine-tuning straightforward on a U-100 insulin syringe.
U-100 is the standard scale for insulin syringes. 100 units = 1.0 mL. That means 10 units = 0.1 mL, 50 units = 0.5 mL. Multiply any draw volume in mL by 100 to get the U-100 units reading.
Yes. Changing BAC water volume changes the concentration (mg/mL), which changes the draw volume for the same mg dose. Always recalculate using: concentration = vial mg ÷ BAC water mL, then draw volume = dose mg ÷ concentration.
Divide mcg by 1000 to get mg. For example: 250 mcg = 0.25 mg, 500 mcg = 0.5 mg, 1000 mcg = 1 mg. Enter the mg value in the calculator.
Sermorelin is a GHRH analog studied for its role in stimulating pituitary GH release. It is a research compound and not approved for general therapeutic use without a prescription.
