Denver Sports Recovery offers the most cutting-edge equipment and technology available in the region to help patients attain optimal recovery and reach peak performance.
The clinic is equipped with cold and hot tubs, an infrared sauna, and a variety of advanced therapeutic tools including ultrasound, light, and laser technology.
Our team of specialists creates customized treatment plans designed to meet the needs of the individual across a range of therapeutic practices — chiropractic care, sports massage, class IV laser, Active Release Technique, acupuncture, dry needling, physical therapy, IV wellness, hormone optimization, muscle activation technique, and many more.

Do I need an appointment to use the recovery center?▾
No appointment needed for open recovery center hours. Purchase a day pass or show your membership at the front desk for unlimited access.
What is included in a recovery center membership?▾
All memberships include unlimited access to the hot tub (104°F), the 42°F cold plunge, the 52°F cold tub, infrared sauna, traditional sauna, PEMF, red light therapy, Sigma Q, SwissWing®, Normatec compression, EMS/Marc Pro, and roll-out tools. Tiers differ by monthly points earned toward booked services.
Does Denver Sports Recovery accept insurance?▾
We accept insurance for chiropractic services only. All other services are self-pay.
What is the cancellation policy for memberships?▾
All recurring memberships require a 2-month minimum commitment and a 30-day written cancellation notice. Contact the front desk to initiate a cancellation.
Can I bring a guest?▾
Yes — members can use a Buddy Pass (1 point) or purchase a day pass for $35. Family add-ons are available for $85/month.
What should I bring for my first visit?▾
For the recovery center, bring workout attire or a swimsuit, a towel, and water. On your first visit, our staff will walk you through every piece of equipment and help build your recovery plan.
Do you have team or group rates?▾
Yes — group bookings are $30 per person for a full day, for groups of 1 to 25 people, with a $300 minimum. Advance booking required. Email [email protected].
How do membership points work?▾
Silver, Gold, and Platinum members earn 2, 4, and 8 points/month respectively. Points redeem against booked services and expire at month end — they do not roll over.
